Conservatories

We offer a complete service including design, planning applications and management, building work, manufacture and supply of the products, installation and all the finishes necessary to provide a working end product. These include electrical supplies for lighting and power. We also offer a range of ancillaries including heating (surface mounted or under floor), tiling, laminated HDF (high density fibreboard) timber effect floors, fans and blinds. We are experienced in carrying out specialist work including use of box and valley gutters, adaptation of your existing property to allow you to have your ideal conservatory, creating new apertures including installation of lintels and dealing with existing drainage issues.

Everything is made to measure and we offer all shapes and sizes including traditional lean-to style, Victorian, Edwardian, Gabled, Orangeries, P-shaped and T-shaped as well as a bespoke service for one-off designs.

Hardwood

Our high quality hardwood (generally Meranti, Sapele or similar) is fully factory prepared before being taken out to site. The stain or paint finishes of base coat and two topcoats allow us to maintain the integrity of the timber even in the English climate – the timber is fully protected through the installation process. Once the installation is complete, we only need to touch up the paintwork or stain to provide the highest quality finish.

PVCu

We have been manufacturers and installers of PVCu conservatories since 1989. Our products are manufactured from top of the range Rehau materials and are fully reinforced to exceed the normal industry guidelines/codes of practice. We use mechanical joints for transoms and mullions, so that we are able to run reinforcing through these sections to provide additional structural stability and strength. The industry norm is for transoms and mullions to be welded, which does not allow for reinforcement through the joints, thus creating a weakness at these points.

Glazing

All of our products are double glazed and we offer a wide range of options for both roof and side panels. These include:

  • Low emissivity glass
  • Toughened or laminated safety glass
  • Self cleaning glass
  • Solar control glass
  • Acoustic glass
  • Georgian style glazing (astragal - surface mounted - or internal)
  • Leaded-lites (rectangular or diamond)
  • Patterned glass
  • Stained glass
  • Argon or Krypton gas fill
  • Fire safety glass
  • Multi-wall polycarbonate (clear, bronze, opal, ‘Venetian’ solar control)
